RP

Okay this is where we do the RP!

They teams will meet up at the top of this glasshouse mountain in Australia!

They will meet on a small Platu on the top.

  1. Nix stared out the window exitely, "I have only ever seen them from a distance!" she exclaimed happily.

"What idiot would call them the Glasshouse mountains?" Ace said mainly to have some one to poke fun at.

"No idea!" Nix replied winding down the window and feeling the humid air blow onto her face, "Where are we actually going?"

"Some platu on top" Jinx offered scanning the area and finding nothing out of the ordinary apart from themline of vehicles heading toward the mountains.

"Wonder how Alex it it? Will react to Australia" Nix commented having never seen Alex before.

  2. By the end of the eleventh day of straight sailing, Australia was finally appearing on the horizon. Even the aircraft carrier couldn’t have shortened the crossing from America, or so he had apparently claimed. He’d said it would have been too dangerous to dare going any faster than an average ship, just in case they passed any other vessels that might grow suspicious.

Alex hadn’t been particularly happy with that. He hated sailing. He always wound up getting seasick. Hence why the past week or so hadn’t been the best of times. He’d wanted to stay below deck and wallow in self pity, but he hadn’t been surprised that his company had forced him onto the flight deck to ‘enjoy the pretty views of the never-ending sea’ that made him feel so queasy.

But now, from where he was sitting close to the edge of the aircraft carrier’s runway, the sight of Australia was a welcome site. He was still averse to leaving his home in Texas, especially after things had been settling down momentarily, but the sea had knocked all the fight out of him. He’d soon start up complaining against once his feet his solid ground.

Beside him, stretched out on his back to his full length of eighteen feet, Jak was rambling on yet again about something to do with the clouds in the sky. Alex had long since learned to tune out half the things he’d said, lest he get sucked into the confused mumblings of the Autobot. While Alex had remained with Jak at the bow of the ship, the rest of the team had grouped together at the stern, all back in their terrestrial forms in preparation of making land.

Alex knew that they still had a bit of a trek ahead of them. He’d heard a few things about climbing a mountain. Jak had mentioned something about swimming through lava and dodging dragons too, but somehow Alex knew he was exaggerating. But nonetheless, the prospect of climbing up a mountain didn’t sound too enthralling. He’d have to do his best pathetic and wounded look in order to get one of the Autobots to carry him up there.

  3. (Isn't it hotter in Australia than in Texas? I know it's pretty hot here but I have never ben over seas so I wouldn't know)

After a few more hours everyone stopped for a food break, well only for Nix but everyone appreciated a rest although not everyone showed it.

"Too hot here" Nitro complained trying to sit under a tree and getting leaves all through him as a reward.

    Ace and Nix laughed.
"It's actually quite nice" Nix commented quite used to the harsh beating of the sun, instead able to feel a slight breeze which she was happy for, she adjusted the board brimmed hat that she had bought at the store a few hours back, she liked the way it looked distinctly Australian, she was proud of herself being aussie despite having pale skin and blond hair, not all indigenous looking.

"Doesn't look too hard to climb" Ace commented looking at the mountains which were rapidly getting larger.

"Never underestimate anything Ace" Jinx commented mildly hinting at the major underestimate Ace had made when they first met.

"How do you humans stand it!" Nitro complained again obviously enjoying having something to complain about.

"Awwww toughen up!" Ace retorted only to receive a glare in return. Nix stuffed the rest of the nachos in her mouth, having to hold her hand up in front of her mouth to keep the food in.

"That will teach you to bite off more than you can chew" Jinx said in amusement.
Nix smiled and swallowed the bulk of it before having a drink from the lemonade bottle which was fast becoming warm.

"How long until we get there?" Ace asked the large orange autobot who was getting to his feet.
"About another week until we get to the bottom of the right mountain, the same time it will take for Crossfire's team" he answered, "Everyone roll out!"
Each transformer switched into the form of a vehicle and drove off again.

(are they going to meet at the bottom of the mountain?)

  4. (This is in two parts because apparently it's too long >.> But, yeah, Texas can get pretty hot, probably not as hot as Australia though, I wouldn’t say.)

With his feet now on solid ground, Alex didn’t even want to look back over his shoulder at the sea, nor the departing form of the aircraft carrier who’d literally let them ashore then turned to leave, muttering something about an important meeting somewhere north of where they were now.

“Hey Al, not looking so green around the gill now,” Alex felt a familiar fender bump into the back of his legs as Jak came up behind him, finally in his alt mode like the others.

Alex offered him a glance over his shoulder before leaning back on the Mustang’s hood, “The ground’s not heaving beneath me, so yeah, I’m feeling a little better. Though goddamn, it’s pretty hot here. I though it might be cooler, apparently not though.”

“Hop on in to air conditioned heaven then, buddy,” Jak swung his driver’s side door open in invitation.

“Yeah, sure, in a sec after Crossfire’s gone over what we’re doing again,” Alex nodded, though he did move himself round to the open door so that the chilly air pouring from the Mustang’s air vents flowed out of the cabin and met with him, giving some relief.

“I would have thought,” Alex looked up again as a silver Aston Martin glided over, coming to a halt beside them, “That you knew what was going on by now.”

“Can’t be told too many times, Draggy,” Jak gave a little shrug, bouncing up and down on his suspension, “Would have thought you’d appreciate knowing everything an’ all.”

Drag gave a quiet grunt, “I do know everything that’s going on already anyway.”

“Sure you do,” Jak continued to bounce up and down, “All knowing, all seeing Draggy.”

The Aston Martin made a sound of distaste, giving his engine a little rev, but otherwise said nothing. Given Drag and Jak’s habit of getting into pointless tiffs over absolutely nothing, Alex was mildly surprised that they’d stopped in their banter so soon.

  5. But even if they had started up, they would have quickly been hushed as Crossfire moved over to them slowly, Pulse just behind him. Alex leant back against Jak and folded his arms, looking to the fire truck, “So, let me just run things through again. We’re heading to the top of a mountain for a meeting?”

Crossfire sounded as though something had amused him, “Yes, we are. It may not be ideal having to travel such distances as this, as well as being away from our designated country, but nonetheless, the information to be discussed is of great importance.”

“Talking of, what is said info?” Jak asked causally.

“You’ll find out when we get there,” Crossfire ground his wheels back and forth on the ground, “But trust me when I say this; this is important. This isn’t a holiday,” his wheels turned in Jak’s direction, “And this isn’t a time to complain,” his wheels moved the other way to point towards Drag, earning a unionised huff from the two of them, “We have a good distance further to travel, but we will make stops on the way to accommodate for Alex and his various needs.”

“Glad to hear it,” Alex muttered. He’d had to go for more than a few days once before without washing, let alone eating or having access to any kind of toilet facilities. He had standards, but they were often pushed to one side when racing from state to state hot on the heels of a Decepticon.

“So we’ll head out now and we’ll probably stop again when night falls. Reaper will keep an eye out in the sky, most often scouting ahead a little way, but will otherwise remain close by. We’ll stick to our usual order for travelling, but since we’re new to this country, try to refrain from doing anything stupid and drawing attention to us,” there was a pause before Crossfire added, “That was aimed at you Jak.”

“Me? Little old me?” Jak replied innocently, “I wouldn’t dream of doing something crazy.”

“Of course not,” Drag muttered darkly as Crossfire manoeuvred himself around the two of them, taking point and leaving the others to organise themselves appropriately.

(Yeah, I suppose they could do. I just realised that Reaper can totally fly the humans to the top so they don’t have to worry about climbing xD)

  6. (lol well I guess my team will have to climb although Nix will probably want to go on a hike just for fun... Crazy) (Skipping ahead)

Three days into the journey the sound of arguing filled the silver jeep.
"Run! Run! Now slow-" jinx was cut off with a groan.
"Tell me again what this game is?" Ace demanded irritably.
"Mr Runner, you have to run and not get crushed by the roof" Nix answerd after another frustrated sigh as her character died once again.
"Sounds stupid" Ace grumbled as Nix chuckled in amusement.
"Just because only skin works on an IPhone screen and not your metal fingers doesn't mean you have to get grumpy at me" Nix retorted trying again to finnish the level while Jinx was yelling instructions.
"Just let my hack you throuh the level!" Jinx sighed once Nix had dies yet again.
"No Jinx!" Nix said somewhat irritably as if they had been over it 1000 times, "You don't get level experience by hacking"
After trying and failing a few more times Jinx let out a sigh of exasperation.
"You are horrible at this" Jinx commented as Ace snigged
"Gee thanks! You try then!" Nix said in exasperation.
"Fine" Jinx said simply as the little black man appeard once more on the screen, Jinx got a few meters before the roof came down and crushed the character.
"Ah not so easy now!" Nix said smuggly crossing her hands behind her head and leaning back into the seat as Ace snorted obviously amused.
"Shut it" Jinx said in annoyance but it only made Ace and Nix laugh more. Jinx tryed it again, the black man raced across Jinx's screen and got so close the the end Nix was leaning foward on her seat as the only sound came from Ace's engine and the music of the game. Jinx let out a hiss of triumph as the end flax was in his sights. Suddenly time ran out, Nix threw herself back in a groan the. Hearing Jinx's cry of outrage set Ace and Nix off in fits of laughter.
"You will get it!" Nix said once she could speak. Jinx's only reply was a grunt as we drove toward the Glasshouse mountain.

  9. (oopps sorry about the deleted post >.> Messed up big time with the writing xD)

    “Are we there yet?”

    “No.”

    “How about now?”

    “No.”

    “… Now…?”

“Jak for Primus’ sake,” Drag’s voice snapped over the internal comm. system, “This is getting ridiculous. We’re not even half way there and all you insist on doing is constantly asking if we’re there or not in an infantile and infuriating manner. You know full well we’re not there yet!”

There was a pause before Jak gave a quiet snicker, “I love rubbing you up the wrong way.”

As Drag growled at him through the speakers, Alex sighed and stretched out in the driver’s seat. They’d been driving almost solidly for the past few days now, and much of the conversation, if it could be called that, had been the same between Jak and Drag. One, namely Jak, winding the other up as far as possible. If he wasn’t asking if they were there yet, he’d be commenting on the lack of kangaroos, or not being allowed to stop and find a koala to hug. Alex had learnt to tune it out though, and whenever anyone else joined into the conversation, he’d jumped at the chance to talk and keep Jak and Drag quiet. More often than not, Traction would casually waltz in, just as things were beginning to get heated and a little more physical, involving bumping of fenders and erratic driving, and try and settle things down, giving a welcome breather.

Nevertheless, if the same pattern of behaviour continued between the various Autobots, after a few more days, Alex would beg to be allowed passage in anyone but Jak or Drag, perhaps One Time or Reaper, or if that still didn’t block out the bickering, he’d offer to just find his own way. Get a bus. Hitch hike. Walk. So long as he wasn’t subjected to anymore banter. He’d like to think Jak would get bored of it eventually, but this was Jak they were talking about, and Alex had learnt that it was nigh impossible for Jak to get bored of anything, especially if it involved messing with Drag. He just knew all the right jibes to make the Aston Martin blow up and snap.

Though, with the good distance between the mountains and them currently, Alex knew it was only a matter of time before Crossfire decided to intervene and peace would be restored.

Even if it would only for a fleeting moment.

  10. Shall we just skip there? Sorta running out of car trip ideas)

"Finally!" Nix sighed happily getting out and stretching before surveying the scene, pretty much nothing but bushland, they had vered off road an hour ago in order to end up on the other side of the mountain to where the tourism took place.
"Bit bigger in real life" Ace said as the sound of sliding metal resounded around the area and signaled the the change of the Autobots into their humanoid form.
"I finally finished that level on the game!" Jinx announced laughing when Ace and Nix groaned simultaneously.
"Jinx shut up!" Ace groaned, "This is the thousandth time today!"
"Well you just seem to love annoying people so I thought I would give it a try" Jinx laughed. Nix sighed and sat back against a large granite rock feeling the different coloured stone hard against her back.
"Oh you want annoying?" Ace growled, none of the other transformers tried to intervene, it was usually up to Nix, Ace would never let an argument lead to a physical fight with Jinx as it would probably end embarrassingly for the large silver transformer.
"Leave each other alone!" Nix insisted stepping onto another rock then hauling herself onto the large piece of granite and ending up being as tall as Ace as to look over a few trees only to have her sight blocked by taller ones.
"Were probably going to climb up the stone face where it is harder for us to damage the bush but if he humans want to come they can take he hiking path with a few others" Guard muttered more to himself than anyone else.
"Sweet" Nix said sitting down on the stone as Ace sat under a tall tree, soon each Autobot was sitting somewhere. Waiting.

  11. “Are we honestly going to have to climb up that?” Drag sounded far from happy as the Autobot convoy made their way across the rough terrain, having left the main road a little while ago in order to move to the other, less populated and photographed, side of the mountain.

“You could try driving up it,” Jak suggested casually, responding to Drag’s complaint through his speakers, “But somehow I think you might lose your undercarriage the second you tried to drive up a near vertical rock face.”

“I’m as stupid as you to actually try that,” Drag responded curtly, “And I was merely making a passing statement.”

“One full of loathing and despair, yeah we know, Draggy, climbing up the mountain’s goin’ to be, y’know, different,” Jak snorted, “Especially since you kinda lack feet.”

Drag made a quiet grunt, “Thank you for reminding me.”

“No worries, buddy, I’ll carry you if things get real bad,” Jak snickered to himself once again, “Sling you over my shoulder and away we go.”

“If you get anywhere near me and try so much as to touch me I will personally see that -.” Drag’s threat was cut off by Alex casually clearing his throat, leaning forward onto Jak’s steering wheel and pointing through the windscreen.

“Those the other guys?” he asked, pointing in the direction of the assembled group of towering metallic humanoids a little way ahead of them, al sitting down, dotted amongst the scrub, “Or are they just some other random Cybertronians who thought they’d take a vacation up a mountain?”

“That’s them,” Crossfire’s voice came over the internal comm., “Glad to see they got here without any obvious problems. I want all of you on your best behaviour, and you can intermingle with the others while I address their leader. And,” he paused for a moment, “Please, don’t show us up. We may not be the usual Autobot team, but let us at least try to prove our worth.”

There was muttering of agreements, One Time’s sharp “Yessir,” a stark contrast to lax responses, and in Reaper’s case, silence of the group.

So while Crossfire pealed off from the line of Autobots, Jak, having spotted the other human, a girl who looked relatively young to Alex’s eyes, up on a rock beside a silver Autobot.

“Hey look at that Al, it’s a kid. Don’t you absolutely despise kids?” Jak commented.

“Yeah, thanks Jak. I’ll try to be nice, so long as you’re nice too, deal?” Alex tapped him on the dash as the Mustang came to a halt in front of the large granite rocks.

“Sure thing, you know me,” Jak gave a little bounce before swinging open his door, allowing Alex to step out of the cool cabin and back out into the unforgiving heat.

He stretched out his back and shook his legs to get rid of the stiff feeling from the hours and days of driving, before leaning against the Mustang and glancing in the girl’s direction. He then held up a hand in greeting, “Uh, howdy?”

    ReplyDelete
  12. Nix smiled seeing the other team, she looked over the guy that was with them, concluding that he looked nice enough, she noticed the mustang that was with him, obviously a trouble maker but she wasn't one to judge yet.
She leaped down from the rock feeling the temporary sting in her feet as the impact jarred her despite bending her legs and softening it.

"Hey! You must be Alex? I am Georgia but everyone calls me Nix." she said before indicating the silver transformer who was walking over and the smaller one who sat on her shoulder, "This is Ace and Jinx. Then there is Guard, Lag, Radiation, Turbo and Nitro" Nix finally finished introducing as the rest of her team walked up to the other and started to introduce themselves.

"Hey" Ace greeted the mustang before looking over the other team casually.
Jinx just nodded shuffling from foot to foot and obviously feeling slightly awkward but was trying his best not to show it.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Alex inclined his head in greeting, “Yeah, that’s me. Nice to meet you, Nix. And everyone else,” he gestured vaguely in the direction of Ace and Jinx before glancing towards the rest of their group, “This is Jak,” he jabbed a thumb in the Mustang’s direction, “Crossfire, Pulse, Traction, One Time, Drag,” he indicated each of them in turn before waving a hand at the sky in general, “And Reaper’s up there somewhere.”

Once Alex had finished the rough introductions, he stepped to one side, allowing Jak to slam his driver’s side door and quickly make the transition from four wheels to two feet. He bounced up and down a couple of times before grinning at Ace who was a couple of feet shorter than him, “Cool, cool, good to meet you guys. We chilling out before heading on up the mountain?” he asked, looking around casually.

(I’m presuming Ace is smaller than Jak by a little, because I say Jak is average-ish you say Ace is under that? Plus my Jeep guy is sixteen foot, while Jak’s eighteen. I say Drag is short at fourteen, but only ‘cause he’s the shortest of the group (beyond Wipeout who’s technically not part of the team, so isn’t in this, but I have hanging around a lot because he’s a handy dandy human Pretender class ;3))

    ReplyDelete
  14. (Probably lol)

"Nixe to meet you too" Nix said smiling before rocking back on her heels to glance up at Jak before giving the Autobot a friendly wave.

If Ace was daunted by the Jaks size he certainly didn't show it,
"No idea at all but It should be interestin" he replied glancing up and the mountain again.

"Should be slightly cooler up there" Jinx said, speaking for the first time.

(Do you want Crossfire or Guard to sort out where everyone is going in terms of the mountain? Also Is Jinx going to have to prove himself to any of you team or are you going to spare someone the embarrassment of being disabled? Lol)

    ReplyDelete
  15. “Nothing like climbing up a mountain, hey?” Jak grinned as he returned Nix’s wave, looking down at her, “You humans are going to have a good old trek ahead of you. Bring your climbing or walking booties, Al?” his attention moved onto Alex who was standing next to him, hands now deep in his pockets.

“Does it look like it?” he lifted a leg up in front of him and waggled his foot around, emphasising the point he was wearing a pair of rather rough and torn skate shoes that had probably once been white, “But yeah, he’s right,” he indicated Jinx, “So long as it does get cooler up there, it should be easier to walk.”

Jak smirked at him, “Watching you head on up is going to be almost as amusing as watching Drag. That’s going to be good.”

(I don’t mind, Guard can if he wants to? :P And nah, they’ll accept Jinx easily, they’re not ones to judge, since half of them are messed up anyways. Reaper’s an ex-Decepticon, Traction’s a (wrongly accused) ex-convict, Drag doesn’t understand the meaning of being nice/talking to people nicely, and Jak was a mental case who resided in a ‘padded cell’ (or the Autobot equivalent) for a few hundred years xD A tiny little ‘bot brought to life by a shard is nothing to them :P)

    ReplyDelete
  16. Nix nodded smiling, "Shouldn't be all too bad" she said not even glancing over as a rustling in the leaves signaled a lizard racing away from the autobots.

"Not gunna carry you unless you beg" Nitro said casually to Nix, obviously trying to stir things up.

"Like you have the brain streangth to get up there on your own anyway" Nix shot back not at all in the mood.

"I'm more advanced than you" Nitro replied glaring.

"Only most transformers are and you ain't one of them" Nix growled, before the black Autobot could reply a loud clearing if the throat came from Lag who purposefully dragged Nitro away muttering something about meeting the others.

"Arrogent little git" Nix hissed quietly as Ace sniggerd and Guard called for silence.

(Lolz cool! Is reaper going to offer to fly Nix and Alex or is Alex just going to walk up with Nix?)

    ReplyDelete
  17. (Also I am thinking of adding a charrie to my story but I can't think of a form. He is going to be average 18 year old height but I can't think of what he could transform into! Any ideas?)

    ReplyDelete
  18. “Man, you have one too?” Jak still had the grin plastered on his face, “Y’know, one of them Autobots that thinks he’s all that? I really should get to know that guy. Draggy and I, we get on like a house of fire.”

Alex snorted, “Oh yeah, that’s one way of putting it. Destructive, dangerous and ends in disaster. That’s your relationship summed up right there.”

“We’re tight, yo?” Jak held up a hand and crossed his middle finger over his index finger to emphasise his point.

“Jak,” Crossfire warned him quietly from the other side the group, indicating with a flick of a hand in Guard’s direction that he should be quiet and let the other Autobot speak.

(Yeah, Reap’s will offer to take them up if they want a lift ;3 As for your other TF character, I suppose it depends what you want? Do you need a smaller TF, or do you need a heavily built one? I try and balance out depending on what I feel I need. I’ve got three emergency vehicles, which work together, an eye in the sky, and a practical truck, a casual muscle car and a speedy supercar, as well as occasionally a Jet Ski/Pretender (who can look like a human). They all have their uses in different areas.)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Guard nodded his thanks to Crossfire.
"Ok for a start all the bigger bots will come with Crossfire and I when we go up the flat side of the mountain so it's easier for us to not destroy any bush on the way up. Reaper has kindly offered to take the humans to the top but they also have the option of an abandonded hicking trail with the smaller bots, Crossfire and I will explain in greater detail what is happening when we get to the top. Now the ones who are going up the side stand over there and those going up the trail stand over there" Guard finished indicating two sides of the area and striding easily toward the 'up the side' side.

Nix considered carefully, it would be so much easier going with Reaper but she much preferred to keep her feet on the ground and she would be with Ace and Jinx so she gave a small nod and looked around for the nearest bot on Crossfires team who happens to be Jak.
"Can you broadcast or whatever to Deaper and tell him thanks anyway for me? I'd do it myself but I ain't seen I'm yet." she said giving a nod of thanks before joining Ace who gave her a laugh and a hi-five
"Better with friends, no offense to Reaper or anythin" she explained briefly
Nitro, Lag and Raidiation moved over to Guard and after some internal debate Turbo decided he'd much rather brave the Side of the mountain than be stuck with Ace.

    ReplyDelete
  20. (lol I should probably stop creating smaller charrs but I can't resist! He is extreme timid and before I give too much away he will end up being Nix's fighting partner as it would be extremely hard to fight a decent sized decepticon without being squished when it tripps)

    ReplyDelete
  21. “Uh-huh, sure thing, I’ll let him know,” Jak nodded, “He won’t take offence, he’s a chill guy. Not the best for conversations, but cool nonetheless. He’s not gonna to beat you to a pulp for refusin’ a lift,” he grinned at Nix.

Alex cocked an eyebrow in Jak’s direction before looking to Nix, folding his arms thoughtfully across his chest. He didn’t really need to tell Jak that he too was going to refuse Reaper’s offer of a lift. Any time spent in the air was more time in which he could be sick and feel as though he might lose his stomach. As much as the thought of the effort involved in hiking up a mountain made him want to curl up in a bush and just sleep through the meeting up the top, he did see it somewhat preferable to being subjected to airsickness a la Reaper. And, as the only responsible ‘adult’, he felt he should probably watch the kid, just in case.

Once Jak had relayed the declination to Reaper, and Crossfire, along with Pulse and Traction, had moved over those planning on scaling the side of the mountain, he rocked back and forth on his heels, glancing at the remaining Autobots on his team who would be sticking with the humans due to their size.

Still beside him, Drag looked up and regarded Jak, “So you’re coming up the ‘easy’ route?”

“Course. I can’t climb up that thing,” he waved a hand at the mountain, “And I gotta keep Al company.”

“I thought the larger Autobots were supposed to climb the side?” Drag folded his arms.

“Hell, I’m only, like, a foot taller than One,” he jerked a thumb in One Time’s direction, where the other Autobot was standing stock still and upright, silently watching them, “If he’s one of the shortest guys, then I’m close enough to bein’ short.”

Drag just grunted quietly, not looking in the least bit impressed.

(TADA. Only like, more than a month late 8D)

  22. Nix grinned she didn't fear Reaper, it was more of a politeness thing but she wasn't about to make a fuss, she looked over the bots that would be accompanying them. She noticed that Jak had joined them even though he was more or less the same size as Nitro and not surprisingly Drag who was living up to his reputation was coming too.
'This should be fun' she thought to herself.

Ace picked up on Jak and Drag's conversation,
"As Guardiens we sorta have to , ya know? Guard" He said chuckling.

Nix heard Ace's comment and winced, shooting a glance at Nitro just as he was wiping a hurt expression off his face to be replaced by a bitter hate. Nix was one of the only ones who knew Nitro had desperatly wanted to be a guardien and Ace wasn't included in them.

"There is a Convenience store at the end of the Driving trail. You should be able to get some supplies from there" Lag said briefly as he came over to relay the message.

"So why couldn't we just take the driving trail?" Ace asked exasperatedly.

"Because they have guards posted everywhere" Jinx answered obviously just having scanned it,
"Only you, Alex and I should be able to get through"

Nix nodded, that made sense enough.

"Alright if Crossfire has nothing to say then we should get going" Guard announced transforming back into a orange hummer and waiting while Crossfire said any last thing he wanted before they had to drive to the spot where they would start the climb.

Suddenly a young teenager of about 18 steped into the clearing, he had scruffy black hair and wore a black t-shirt kaki pants. He had peircing red eyes and a long thin scar over his left one.
"Shaz!" Nix called racing over to give him a hug.
"I wish you were that worried about me!" Ace said irritably.
"You weren't tracking the Decepticons" Nix retorted, dragging him over to Alex,
"Alex this is Shaz or Shatter. Shaz, this is Alex and the team" Nix offerd grinning.
    Shaz just inclined his head.

    ReplyDelete
  23. (Jeez I need to update so much stuff!
Like now Shaz has joined the team. Nix and Nitro have changed their attitude slightly toward eachother.

Also (I don't wanna give a whole lot away) but near the end the cube shard is absorbed into Nix's body and the side efects include electric blue eyes and is much stronger and faster although she can't transform :p )

  24. When Ace commented on the act of guardianship, Drag scowled deeply, folding his arms, “I’m more than well aware of what it entails. Jak may be Alex’s guardian, but he also has a tendency to put him in danger more than safety. I personally wouldn’t be surprised if Jak tripped while climbing up the mountain and managed to knock Alex off the edge with him.”

“Thanks Drag,” Alex raised an eyebrow at him before glancing at Jak who looked like he was torn between looking genuinely concerned at this possibility or laughing it off flippantly, “And thanks for the reassurance Jak, that you won’t know, throw me off the cliff or anything.”

“Huh, I what?” Jak snapped out of his internal deliberation and quickly smiled at Alex, “You know me buddy, always looking out for your safety an’ all. So no knocking off the edge of a giant mountain for you.”

“Glad to hear it,” Alex muttered, rolling his eyes as he looked up as Crossfire approached them.

“Beyond what Guard has said and we’ve discussed so far, I don’t have anything to add to you,” he addressed the group at large, though his gaze did linger on Jak and Drag momentarily as he added, “Apart from to behave yourselves. If I hear anything, and I mean anything...” he left the loose threat hanging as he turned away from the group and moved over to Guard where he folded down into his terrestrial fire truck guise.

“Don’t worry, sir, I’ll keep them in check,” One Time spoke up from behind Jak and Drag, smirking to himself slightly. Crossfire just flashed one of his many blue emergency lights in thanks.

“Like to see you keep me in check, hey One,” Jak grinned over his shoulder at his fellow comrade.

“Is that a challenge, sir?” One Time returned the smile.

“I’m a challenge all in myself, don’t’cha know it,” Jak bounced up and down on the spot, earning a somewhat disgusted look from Drag.

One Time was about to respond, no doubt in order to agree, when the new arrival of another Cybertronian piqued their interest and Nix introduced him as Shatter.

Alex nodded in greeting, but he couldn’t help but clench his jaw slightly. Judging by the red eyes of the newcomer, he appeared to have once been affiliated with the Decepticons. Now he had no issue with that. Nor did Jak. Or any of the others in fact. Well, at least everyone apart from Drag. Reaper may have defected from the Decepticons many years ago and Drag got on well enough with him (not that Drag really ‘got on well with’ anyone), but that didn’t mean the little Autobot had got over his resentment for ex-Decepticons claiming they’d changed their ways enough to be accepted into the Autobot fold.

Sure enough, when Alex glanced over his shoulder at Drag, his metallic face was screwed up with a multitude of emotions flickering across it. His mouth was tightly sealed, but it was clearly taking a huge amount of effort for him not to snap out something rude and uncouth as he was want to do. Jak had obviously had the same thoughts as Alex and had sidled closer to Drag, nudging him in the side occasionally with an elbow as if the action would cool him down a little.

  25. Nix raised an eyebrow at Drag's reply,

"Sounds familiar" She said remembering when Ace had gotten himself captured by Decepticons and Nix paired with Nitro had to go and get him.

"That was your fault" Ace protested although it was obviously just empty words, Nix just shook her head.

Shaz looked at Drag, the Decepticon didn't miss much, leaving Nix's side he walked over, letting his skin melt away as he did so until his robotic form was revealed, he rolled over on wheeled feet, when Jinx had been fixing him, he was able to find no form that would allow Shaz to have wheels although he had them in his natural form. He looked up at Drag coolly,

"I am not one of you nor to I claim to be. But I am loyal to Nix and have a deal with Guard." He said, the same red eyes looking up as calmly as he had always been.

"Uh we going to get moving?" Ace asked as Guard and the others drove off, leaving a cloud of dust behind them.
